I thought I was getting $500 or $1000 worth of tickets?
You will be emailed a unique code every Tuesday* for 27 consecutive weeks to claim your movie pass. Each unique code is redeemable for one (1) single adult movie pass voucher (if you purchased a LM6410 (47"), LM6410 (55"), LM6450, LM6700 or LM7600 LG Television) OR one (1) double adult movie pass voucher (if you purchased a LM8600 or LM9600 LG Television).
*If a public holiday falls on a Tuesday, your unique code will be emailed to you the next business day.
Each unique code is valid for one (1) week from the date the email containing the unique code is sent to you and your movie voucher is valid for two (2) months from unique code claim. Please make sure you have redeemed your code within the required timeframe. Expired codes cannot be extended.
Can I save up my tickets to take my friends and family with me?
You can share the tickets with your friends and or family as long as you attend the Cinema when the tickets are used and the tickets are still valid.
How many times can I use the ticket?
Each ticket can only be used once prior to the expiry date.
Can I change the name that is printed on the ticket or add in my partner or family names?
No. We are unable to change the name printed on the tickets. This needs to be kept in the same person's name that registered online.
Is there any other way for me to receive my ticket?
There are no other methods to receive your ticket other than printing them. Please print your ticket from your screen when you claim your ticket.
I didn’t receive my code
Please make sure you save the email address to your Email Address Book so your email does not stop the following email from coming through –
Please make sure you check your Junk / Spam folder if you don’t receive a ticket and mark your Ticket emails as ‘Not Spam’.
How do I redeem my ticket?
Go to www.hmmpromos.com.au/lgtv and enter your valid unique code. Once you have entered the correct code for the week, you will be able to print out your ticket which is valid for 2 months.
What happens if I didn't print my ticket at the time I redeemed my code?
A copy of your movie ticket will be sent to your nominated email address upon redemption.
